Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Estimates begin from the day your order ships, not the day it is placed. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has left our warehouse.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Items sent back without prior written authorization will not be accepted. Contact us at info@diamont-clothing.com to start a return.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: sale or clearance items, gift cards, and custom or personalized items.

We do not process direct exchanges. Return your item once approved and place a new order separately. If you received the wrong size and need guidance before initiating a return, contact us at info@diamont-clothing.com.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update tracking after your shipping confirmation arrives.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at info@diamont-clothing.com.

Each product page includes a size guide. Check it before ordering as fit can vary between styles. If you are between sizes or need advice, contact us at info@diamont-clothing.com with the item name and your measurements.

Orders & Delivery

Browse the collection at diamont-clothing.com, select your size, and add to cart. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after purchase.

Yes. Diamond ships to every country. All orders ship free, with no minimum required.

Orders enter our fulfillment process within hours of being placed and cannot be canceled. If you noticed an error in your shipping address, size, or item immediately after ordering, contact us at info@diamont-clothing.com right away. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes depending on your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Allow 2 additional business days. Carriers occasionally update tracking ahead of actual delivery. Check with neighbors or any secure delivery location at your address. If the issue persists, contact us at info@diamont-clothing.com with your order number and tracking details and we will open a case with the carrier.

Contact us immediately at info@diamont-clothing.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has left our warehouse, address changes may no longer be possible.

Check your spam or junk folder first. If the confirmation is not there, contact us at info@diamont-clothing.com with the email address used at checkout and we will verify your order and resend the confirmation.

Returns & Refunds

  1. Email info@diamont-clothing.com with your order number and the item you wish to return
  2. Wait for our confirmation with the correct return address for your region
  3. Pack the item securely with all tags attached in its original packaging
  4. Ship using a trackable method and keep your tracking number
  5. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome by email

Do not ship anything back without written confirmation from our team first. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the amount to your statement. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not seen the refund, contact us at info@diamont-clothing.com.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable method, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in return transit.

The following are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Product

Care instructions vary by fabric. Always follow the label on the garment. When in doubt, cold wash and hang dry. Proper care significantly extends the life of each piece.

We restock select styles. Use the waitlist option on the product page to be notified when your size becomes available.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@diamont-clothing.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Do not return the item before hearing from us. We will resolve it at no cost to you.

Yes. Digital gift cards are available on our website. Select your preferred amount, complete the purchase, and the gift card will be delivered by email with redemption instructions.

Yes. Pay in 4 interest-free installments with Afterpay at checkout. Available on eligible orders.

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Diamond does not store your payment details.
