REFUND POLICY

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email info@diamont-clothing.com with your order number and the item you wish to return
  2. Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions and the correct return address for your region
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship using a trackable method and keep your tracking number
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the outcome by email

Do not ship any item back before receiving written confirmation from our team. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for packages lost in transit, which is why we strongly recommend a trackable shipping method.


Return Addresses

We have regional return locations. The correct address will be provided by email once your return is approved. Do not ship to any address before receiving written confirmation from our team.


Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of inspection. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your statement.

If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us at info@diamont-clothing.com.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original order once approved and place a new order separately. If you received the wrong size and need assistance before initiating a return, contact us at info@diamont-clothing.com and we will do our best to help.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after placement. Our fulfillment process begins within hours of an order being confirmed. If you notice an error in your order such as a wrong address, size, or color, contact us immediately at info@diamont-clothing.com and we will attempt to make corrections before the order ships. We cannot guarantee changes will be possible once processing has begun.

If you no longer want your order, wait for delivery and initiate a return following the steps above.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@diamont-clothing.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem at no cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Any item returned without prior authorization

European Union

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the same condition requirements described above. Proof of purchase is required.
