Free Shipping

All Diamond orders ship free, worldwide. No minimum order required.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Australia and New Zealand 10 to 21 business days
United Kingdom and Europe 7 to 14 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use that number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on applicable fees before placing your order. Diamond is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Diamond is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at info@diamont-clothing.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.


Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please allow 2 additional business days before contacting us, as carriers occasionally update tracking ahead of actual delivery.

If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at info@diamont-clothing.com with your order number and we will work to resolve the issue.
